Is it better to frontally resist institutions that prevent the building of entrepreneurial communities by hanging onto industrial models ... or invite them into engagement with new models, whether they seem ready or not? Do we create a self-fulfilling loop by leaving them behind? Do they have any more lack of understanding bottom-up community building than those on the bottom who have never known authentic engagement and empowerment?
