How do we introduce dialogue and inquiry into communities accustomed to the opposites?

I think we start by being in an inquiry ourselves and being open to dialogue. Then we continue to invite others into the inquiry and dialogue in as many ways as we can. This is not easy. Being in a true dialogue means giving up or letting go of any judgment we have about the speaker and what they are saying. The goal of dialogue is understanding, not agreement.
The good news is that we have only just scratched the surface of ways to include others in inquiry and dialogue.
